I was buying a house out of state and having my parents be my proxy. I can't speak for Deborah's house-searching skills, as I came into my house-hunt with my own list & kept to that. Deborah did a great job working with my parents, negotiating, and keeping me informed. If I ever had any questions, she was quick to respond through email, phone or text. I never felt like I was inconveniencing her when I called. She's friendly and professional.

Months before securing Deborah Sharp to sell my house, I contacted Real Estate Agents I Trust. Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition. Over the subsequent approximately 6 months, Deborah would drop me a casual email checking on how the legal process was proceeding. I tremendously appreciated her continual contact, which never crossed the line into being annoying. When the time came to finally put the house up for sale, I ignored the recommendation from my lawyer. Deborah Sharp was the ONLY realtor I considered. The prior year-long, horrific, traumatic legal situation became a breeze once Deborah took the reins. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I can assert that I never sent a text that wasn't answered within minutes. Due to the unusual circumstances, the selling procedure was complex and an array of problems arose, yet Deborah handled each one deftly and confidently. At times she donned the hat of a therapist, helping me through the emotional struggles! The house sold 3 weeks (give or take) after being listed, and although the escrow process dragged out due to the mortgage company, Deborah made it happen. I truly cannot thank her enough and wish I could rate her 10 STARS!

I know have heard alot of horror stories about buying a house but mine wasn't that bad. The hardest part was waiting on the seller to accept my offer and the inspections. I have been been very pleased with Deborah as my agent. I had my property listed for several months with another agency with very little action.
